Mosquito Blue hotel is situated in Playa del Carmen, where it is the beaches above all that define this area—soft, white sand embracing clear turquoise waters; shorelines that curve into calm lagoons; mangrove swamps with miniscule islands where only the birds hold sway alongside freshwater cenotes.

Although Mosquito Blue is not directly on the beach, our location on the busy pedestrian-only Avenida 5 is excellent. The beach is just 100 yards away and we feature our own private beach club. Despite the proximity to these attractions, the hotel itself is extremely quiet.
